Refund policy

At Be Glory Co, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return an item.

A return and refund is only possible if there is a manufacturing defect or if the wrong items were sent.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product has been used or is not in its original packaging, we cannot accept a return thus no  refund. 

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and issue a refund.

Please email us at hellobeglory@mail.com with the order number in the email title, or proof of purchase in the email. This must be done with 30 days of receiving the package.
